Project Brief
Hitachi wanted to develop a dedicated free online resource for users of Hitachi Interactive Whiteboards that would become a virtual staffroom for Australian teaching professionals to interact and share information regarding StarBoard technology and all that it is capable of.
Hitachi engaged with Ziller to produce an exclusive community website that allowed users to easily share ideas, ask questions, obtain official Hitachi support, download lessons and much more.
The Result
Ziller did a fantastic job in creating the Hitachi StarBoard Community website. The website brings Hitachi’s interactive classroom solution to life as it provides teachers who currently use the StarBoard products with interactive and educational content. The site also allows users to view the entire digital presentation product range and download the latest StarBoard software and drivers that are beneficial to their teaching style.
Creating an online information sharing community for teachers throughout Australia, the website enables teachers to upload, download, share lessons and interact with each other to further enhance pupils learning environments. Users can provide and seek advice from their peers, as well as provide help and support to each other as they learn to better utilise the features of the StarBoard to enhance their students learning environment.
A feature of the site that further enhances the website’s user experience is the interactive wall page, providing the ability for teachers to provide comment on particular features that work for them. Teachers can also access technical support and create their own profile.
Our aim was to have a website that created a real community among users of Hitachi StarBoards, and Ziller did a great job in bringing this idea to life.
